Order Processing Times

All orders are processed from our New York store within 1-3 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.)

• Standard Shipping (3-4 business days): $5.00 USD

• Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $18.50 USD

All U.S. orders include tracking.

International Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at check-out based on package weight and destination.

• Import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and must be paid upon delivery.

• Customers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes required to release the package. Aberizk cannot provide estimates for these additional fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been dispatched, Aberizk is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package goes missing, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We highly recommend using a secure shipping address to ensure safe delivery.

Free Local Pick-Up (New York Store)

We offer free in-store pickup at our SoHo, New York location.

• At checkout, select "Pick-Up" instead of shipping.

• You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready, typically within 2-3 hours during business hours.

• Orders must be picked up within 14 business days of purchase.

When picking up, please bring your order confirmation email.
